Creating the scene for Cookie girl

For this girl I wanted to make a little kitchen scene. I decided to go for a shimmery brick wall. I used my brick stencil for that, and I applied the bricks with green glitter glue.

For the kitchen I used at first a background die on some light brown paper. The die gives it a wooden look. I cut it down to 4 centimeters by 9,5 centimeters. I wanted the paper a bit darker, so, I applied my brown inks on it.

On top I cut a strip of dark brown paper layer it on the wooden cabinets.

I placed the bowl on top of the kitchen and placed the girl in front of that.

I cut a square of the same paper as I used for the kitchen and inked it with my brown inks also. I glued the sentiment “Did someone say cookies” on top of that. I found the strip sentiment “lets bake” and applied that to my kitchen on the bottom.

And the card is finished.

And the card is finished. I hope you like it. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year. I am looking forward to another year full of creativity. I hope you do too and will join me.
