This time I needed a card that I could make quickly. I didn’t have much opportunity to make cards this week. I was sick and this weekend my daughter turned 13. Time flies!

For this card, I got to work with a digital stamp that I downloaded from Papercrafter’s website. It is a free digital stamp made available on their website by Create and Craft. Would you also like to download it with 35 more elements? Then click here.

Now to the card.

Measurements

  • You need a base measuring 10,5 centimeters by 15 centimeters.
  • A piece of vellum. I didn’t measure this, because it depends on your image and the angle you want to achieve.

Digital stamp

And now it’s time to color the digital stamp first. I used my alcohol markers for this.

  • Elongated leaves: Vivid Green (46), Grass Green (47) and Yellow Green (48)
  • Leaves surrounding flower bud: Dark Green (51), Forest Green (50) and Grass Green (47)
  • Purple buds: Peony Deep (283), Blue Grey Purple (158) and Mauve Shadow (146)
  • Yellow flowers: Dark Yellow (31), Lemon Yellow (35), Pastel Lemon (39) and Pale Yellow (38)
  • Blue flowers: Dark Indigo (188), Dark Sky (191), Midi Sky (190), Blue Sky (76) and Sweet Dreams (272)

Finishing the card

On the right side, I placed purple vellum in the corner. Exactly so that the flowers form a border over the vellum and the white of the base card.

To complete the card, I used the “Gefeliciteerd” stamp. This means congratulations in Dutch. I added some embellishments on top and then it was finished

Products I used:

  • A free Digital stamp downloaded from Papercrafter’s website. Click here to download.
  • Twinmarkers (alcoholmarkers) from Decotimecrafts
  • Purple vellum (brand unknown).
  • Clear Stamp from CarlijnDesign
